E.ON have launched 2 new tariffs.

E.ON have today launched two new tariffs, E.ON SaveOnline 8 and E.ON Track and Save 10.

E.ON SaveOnline 8 is an online-only tariff, which means that you must be prepared to manage your account online. This involves receiving and viewing your bills online, providing meter readings online and carrying out general correspondence online.

E.ON SaveOnline 8 prices are guaranteed to be at least 2% lower than E.ON standard prices for 12 months from the date that you join the tariff. In addition you will receive an 8% combined Dual Fuel and Fixed Monthly DD Discount. These are already factored into the net price that you see on screen.

Early termination fees of £30 apply should you leave this tariff within 12 months of joining it.

At the end of the discount period you will be automatically transferred onto a similar plan or E.ON EnergyPlan

With E.ON Track and Save 10 you are guaranteed a bill which will be lower than British Gas until 1st October 2012. The guarantee applies to customers with annual average electricity consumption of 3,300 units on unrestricted meters, or 2,970 day units and 3,630 night units, and/or annual average gas consumption of 16,500 units. The guarantee applies to customers who pay by fixed monthly Direct Debit or pay promptly by cash or cheque and continue to pay in this way. It applies against British Gas Standard bills for existing customers until 1st October 2012.

Customers can manage their accounts on line and get paperless bills but will not receive an online discount.

After 1st October 2012 customers will be switched to a similar product or one of E.ON Standard Plans.
